We hired Suzie to sell our house, since she did such a great job helping us buy it a few years ago. She was very professional as we negotiated through two buyers after the first backed out. She was always going above and beyond working through her vacation and many late nights. She ensures every thing are in line every step of the way responding to questions quickly and at anytime. Since we were out of town she was even ready to facilitate our repairs with her contractor contacts. Suzie and her team of experts have been used by many of our friends in Maryland and we would use her again with any real estate needs!

We met Suzie through a friend of my husband. I love how she fought many times to get us a home. Suzie is a true professional and shows perfection in what she does. We could call or text her anytime and Suzie would respond with no hesitation. She found us our home with hard work and dedication . Because of her we have a hone we love. So I would like to say thank you Suzie.

We found Suzie through a co-worker who has used Suzie for a few of their own purchases and sales. Suzie was good at putting us in the right direction. She was adamant about truly understanding the loan and budget first so there weren't any surprises and made sure we were comfortable with the monthly payments, etc. We did exactly what she advised. We bought in the height of the pandemic market so it was crucial we understood the process because you had to move quickly. We were totally prepared. While we looked at homes, Suzie helped us stay true to our budget. We landed our first home in Anne Arundel County. The house is pristine! We literally just needed to move in. We're thrilled and so are the dogs in their new huge backyard!

We had a great selling experience with Suzie! She has great knowledge and is very motivated. We were on the market with another realtor for a bit, but when we went with Suzie the house was under contract relatively quickly.

Suzie is the best realtor and expert in real estate I've ever worked with. She went over and above in order to sell my house and help me understand every opportunity and offer. Knows more about the area than anyone I've ever dealt with and more importantly, makes sure to help you to know what you need to and what's important. Suzie is the best at what she does and truly made me feel confident and secure in what I was doing when looking and selling. Suzie is the best of the best! After having such a wonderful experience with her when it came to buying our first home, there was no question that we were going to work with her again when it came time for an upgrade! She sold our house in about a month and had us in our dream home 2 months later. Throughout the entire process it was evident that Suzie always kept our best interest in mind. She advised us when we needed her input, and took a step back when it was important for us to make our own decisions and she was always a text, call, or email away. It is easy to see why Suzie is so successful. She puts her clients first and goes above and beyond to make sure she only provides the best!

Suzie has been working for me as a Realtor since 2013. When I originally hired her, I was investing on the side. As things progressed, I started doing this full time. I've hired her to help me find investment properties as well as resell them. She researches each property and helps determine the resale/profit. She keeps a good handle on the market changes and is always conservative with her resale value. She also provides great insight on finishes and trending designs. It's 2021 and we are still working together.

It was such a pleasure to work with Suzie when my daughter was buying a house that we asked to work with her when we were ready to buy our forever home and sell the home we raised our family in! Suzie was responsive to every request and developed an intuition about the home we were looking for and the area we wanted to live in.
